Dec 20, 2003 Kind of fuzzy yellow color with some wheat and floral in the aroma. Kind of watered down, but some wheat amd malt in the flavor. Somewhat light as well. Overall not bad, but kind of too watered down for my liking.

Jan 10, 2006 "Nice summer beer, poured a nice golden color with an average white head. Just a little lacing. Tasted of citrus, not to strong and some hops, very well balanced beer. WOuld have again. "

Jun 26, 2007 Draft. Poured a hazy, straw color, with a fairly large off-white head. Aroma of wheat, spice and yeast. flavor is primarily yeast and wheat; earthy undertones with fruit, herbs, and mild hops. Thin bodied. Refreshing, but nothing spectacular.

May 18, 2005 Generic beer aroma with a mild apricot smell. Taste is the same, only watery with a slight salty taste. It’s basically a light beer that you might drink instead of a fruit infused seltzer.

Jul 19, 2004 Something went wrong somewhere. Mild farmy saison-esque smell. Sweetish malts, mild floral hops. Too peppery and spicy, not yeasty enough. This was like a pepper beer with little sweetness to redeem it. Yikes.

Feb 2, 2008 Pours a clear gold. Crème head. Nose is bland. Flavor is bitter. No saison qualities at all. Basically tastes like a metallic toned lager. Massive metallic aftertaste. Feel is not saison like at all. Thin and watery on the liquid. If this is a saison, then I have three feet. A complete miss of the mark (IMO) that holds no qualities that the well known saisons do. I didn’t enjoy it at all and ended up dumping the majority of it.
