Commercial Description:
A tribute to the highly drinkable ""every day"" beers from French-speaking Belgium. Contains Belgian two-row pale malt and 7% wheat. This beer is lightly filtered with an earthy, spicy hop character from imported Styrian Goldings hops and a beautiful rich creamy head from the wheat. Dry quenching finish achieved by use of the traditional sour mash process

Very light color. Very easy to drink. Watery, but with some spicy hop character. A decent drink, but it is not good for a Saison. Not their best. On tap at Old Bay.

Bottle - This bottle had more hefe character than Saison. I liked the beer as it had the refreshing qualities from the what and a soft bite from the hops. A real mix of flavors here. Very refreshing.

Citrusy in aroma, same in flavor. A spiciness I can’t quite place. Light in color. Finishes clean. A good seasonal beer for the warmer months.

This is a good Saison. Slightly hoppy, critus, and yeasty flavors. Finishes clean, crisp, and dry.

My favorite FF offering. A spicy, clean and refreshing brew. Great in summer or anytime.

Malty, almost meaty - like you could chew it instead of drink it (or maybe I just don’t know what the hell I’m talking about). Anyway, I liked it.

There was some sort of unsavory flavor in this supporting a light mild hop. It was clear stuff. not really categorizable, just a kinda typical light ale thats wasn’t a chore to drink but offered little and i’d be very hesitant to session on.

12oz bottle. Poured out a nice golden color with a big lacing off white head. The nose offered floral hops, some citrus, and tineiest amount of spice, nearly nonexistent. This drinks very easy, again with floral hops leading the way, some bitterness, tiny amount of malt, and not much else. A crisp mouthfeel, and some bitter hops lingering on the palate.
