Commercial Description:
A tribute to the highly drinkable ""every day"" beers from French-speaking Belgium. Contains Belgian two-row pale malt and 7% wheat. This beer is lightly filtered with an earthy, spicy hop character from imported Styrian Goldings hops and a beautiful rich creamy head from the wheat. Dry quenching finish achieved by use of the traditional sour mash process

Bottle at my wedding: Poured a golden yellow with a white head. The aroma was some hops, fruit, yeast and spice. The flavor was smooth. It tasted slightly hoppy and just enough sweetness to make this easy drinking. Overall, one of my absolute favorite summer beers, good enough for me to supply to my guests at our wedding.

Poured a clear light gold with a thin white head. Mild grassy nose, with hints of fruit and citrus. Thin mouthfeel. Orange and grapefruit on the tongue, along with mild spice. Mild bitter finish, but watery. an ok saison. Nothing spectacular.

Pours clear amber with a fluffy white head that fades to a thin layer. Aroma is subtle and of apple/pear, butter, a very very mild barnyard. Flavor is the same as the aroma. Not bad just very mild and uncomplicated for a saison.

Lemon citrus aroma with an earthy spice and a hint of barnyard. Clear golden yellow with a rocky white head. Light flavor, some metallic maltiness and a light grassy-bitter finish. Light body, watery, fairly soft carbination. Good on a hot summer night. Thanks to zathrus13 for the bonus bottle.

Not quite up there with Sam Adams or Pete’s summer brews, but still very good.

Good summer brew. Definately on the lighter side. Light aroma of hops along with the taste.
