Commercial Description:
A tribute to the highly drinkable ""every day"" beers from French-speaking Belgium. Contains Belgian two-row pale malt and 7% wheat. This beer is lightly filtered with an earthy, spicy hop character from imported Styrian Goldings hops and a beautiful rich creamy head from the wheat. Dry quenching finish achieved by use of the traditional sour mash process

Pour was golden with a little head. Nose had some corn and a bit of butter to it. Flavour had a thin hop profile but was assertive enough to make a great session beer.

Aroma: sweet citrus, coriander, marshmellows, summer flowers, sweet fruits, pineapples, and bananas
Appearance: cloudy yellow, white head, slight lacing
Flavor: sweet bananas, coriander, cream, spices, cloves, and bananas
Palate: very smooth, sweet, spice and banana cream aftertaste
Overall: very similar to some Belgium style beers

2002 Edition: It seems a little darker and a tad sweeter than last year’s version. This years edition has a little more body (which is welcomed IMHO). 2001 Edition: Nice mid summer beer. Thirst quenching, moderately hoppy. Golden yellow with a slight hazy appearance. Just a nice summertime, on the backporch, sunset kind of beer.

Had on tap, appeared a light yellow color. While picked up very little aroma, it had a nice crisp, citrus taste that was refreshing.

Pours murky gold, thin white head, watered down saison if there ever was one. Makes people want drink a Blue Moon. Please improve this and grab back that market share!!

A nice light fruity beer that makes me think it’s more of a wit than a true saison. Very citrusy on the palate but suffers a little at the nose. Smooth finish leaving an almost tart after taste.
