Commercial Description:
A tribute to the highly drinkable ""every day"" beers from French-speaking Belgium. Contains Belgian two-row pale malt and 7% wheat. This beer is lightly filtered with an earthy, spicy hop character from imported Styrian Goldings hops and a beautiful rich creamy head from the wheat. Dry quenching finish achieved by use of the traditional sour mash process

Clear golden with very little head and faint grain aroma. Dry grassy flavor, tastes ’green’ and a bit of an acidic bite but not much to scream about here.

Pale gold, with a very white head, with a flowery aroma and flavor with background bittering, and unfortunately, a good amount of Diacetyl.

A light, fruity summer ale. Tried from a bottle bought in NJ not far from the brewery. Good summer session brew, not too strong or different to have on hand for guests.

This summer beer poured a pale golden color with a good white head. Clear clarity with some evident carbonation. Some floral aroma with a little spiciness, maybe juniper. The taste is clean and crisp showing nice flavor. Some honey, clove and pepper are the most visible as I taste it. The hops linger in the aftertaste displaying a warming effect. A very good beer for the summer.

Pours a golden color with a large fluffy white head. Nice bit of hops in the aroma, citrusy, with grass-like notes. Pretty hoppy on the tongue, some sweetness, and slightly earthy. Watery palate with a dry finish. Nothing great, but I’d drink it again.

Tap. Pours bright yellow color with almost no head, and too much carbonation. Flavors of honey wheat, malts, citrus, and grass. Easy finish, but not too lasting on the tongue. Might fare better ratings if classified as an "American wheat."

A good summer ale. Ssm Adams makes a good one, this one, isn’t as good as it, but It is good indeed still. Great for, take a guess...a summers day or night.
