Poured in to my La Chouffe glass. Bright straw yellow with a billowing white head. Left behind a nice layer of lace. The aroma has a sort of a peachy tone, with lots of spicy hops. Sort of perfume flavor and quite bitte. Very dry. Its not really all that good of a saison, but I surely drink it in a pinch. Murphy (1759), Fort Collins, Colorado, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 4, 2008 Draft. Pours gold with a thin white head. Fruity and tart aroma with lightly sour apple and earth. Medium body. Flavor has a very basic malt profile, also grass, earth, and a bit of fruity sourness. Not bad, drinkable. theisti (1681), Leawood, Kansas, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 31, 2008 12 oz bottle courtesy of Thaichile. Pour is hazed straw golden with a pretty two inch white head. Fine carbonation bubbles streaming their way to the top. Aroma of earthy herbal maltiness and some soft citrus notes. Taste is grainy earthiness, melding into a light sweetness in the middle, and a crisp citric bitterness to the dry finish. Floral notes are present. Palate feels unfiltered, drinkable and satisfying. Quite a bit of character in this one, I enjoyed it. Thanks Mark! JB175 (1664), Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 3, 2006 Draught as the "Grey Lodge 10th Anniversary Dunkel Farmhouse". Tried to get this one from the cask, but they hadn’t started pouring yet :( Light golden-amber color and a very light malty aroma. Taste was light, sweet & grainy. Not my favorite style or the best beer around, but pretty refreshing for a summer beer on an exceptionally warm day in October. jason (1623), Easton, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Aug 8, 2006 Draft. I think I get more disappointed each time I drink a flying fish beer. Nothing really noticable about this beer but the fact that it barely tasted like a saison. Fell too flat too soon. legion242 (1586), Richardson, Texas, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jul 29, 2003 Pale straw lored with a nose of pear. Not stellar. Slight, slight banana. Some grass. Sorta "kolsch"-ish and that is nod good for this style. Lacks any spice. obxdude10 (1562), Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA
