| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 14, 2009 Tap in July 2008: Pours a transparent deep golden with a thin coating of white head. Aroma of lightly toasted grainy malts and some earthy European hops. Body starts about average for the style with some effervescent carbonation and mild sweetness drying out toward a more bitter, slightly earthy finish. Seems more of a Vienna than a farmhouse ale, but pretty drinkable. MartinT (5075), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 3, 2005 The Lure: White pepper spiciness flourishes over the straw and yeasty bite. Attractive grassy hops mingle within, as does lactic acidity.
The Festivities: Green, grassy hops and feeble malt husks benefit from a smooth, non-obtrusive mouthfeel. Finish is dry and somewhat watery, as the flavors and body slowly vanish from the senses. Good, but entirely forgettable.
Transcendence: Apparently, this rustic farmhouse has been renovated with stainless steel products. jeffin7 (610), Silver Spring, Maryland, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 20, 2005 Pours clear amber with a fluffy white head that fades to a thin layer. Aroma is subtle and of apple/pear, butter, a very very mild barnyard. Flavor is the same as the aroma. Not bad just very mild and uncomplicated for a saison. biznizness (952), Mooresville, North Carolina, USA

nothing special there. Taste has hints of hops and just a little citrus at the end. I could see drinking a crisp ale like this on a summer day. OhioDad (2491), Hilliard, Ohio, USA
