Commercial Description:
A tribute to the highly drinkable ""every day"" beers from French-speaking Belgium. Contains Belgian two-row pale malt and 7% wheat. This beer is lightly filtered with an earthy, spicy hop character from imported Styrian Goldings hops and a beautiful rich creamy head from the wheat. Dry quenching finish achieved by use of the traditional sour mash process

(2002 edition)a light refreshing summer ale. yellow color with a white head. citrus nose with a yeasty aroma. nice clean palate, much like a hefe-weizen with more spices and a hoppy edge. hasa bitter finish with a lingering aftertaste

Interesting--sour and salty, almost like it was diffused with part salt water at some point when it was made. Bright gold color. At its base, tastes like a tap ale found anywhere.

Tap. What you expect from an above average summer ale. Light, refreshing, nice yellow hue, good enough head that holds, some hoppiness, faint trace ofwheat and some spice flavoring noticeable.

A nice light fruity beer that makes me think it’s more of a wit than a true saison. Very citrusy on the palate but suffers a little at the nose. Smooth finish leaving an almost tart after taste.

Bottle, pale gold color, slight nose, and taste. This is an ok farmhouse, but not an exciting one.

pours a pale bright golden/yellow hue with a small foamy white head, the aroma is of citrus, grassy malts, wheat and honey. the taste citrus honey and wheat some carbonation is present also, for a summer brew this has a good body, this beer was relaxing and drinkable.

12 oz bottle bought at the brewery. Crystal clear dark yellow, fluffy white head. Nose is mildly sweet, some hay and light spices (clove?). Lively mothfeel. A light, sweet malt flavor with a mild spiciness. Finish was a touch of dryness. Nice summery beer.
