Jun 7, 2004 Bottle. Pale yellow with a nice white head. Little bit fruity in the aroma and flavour, some pleasant hoppiness and bitterness throughout but overall a bit bland and light. Nice refreshing beer for the summer but unexciting otherwise. Where is the spice? Mondial 4T (Capflu).

Nov 15, 2004 Poured a light yellow with a small white head. Light grassy and citrus aromas and tastes. Thinner body. Light refreshing beer. Not really my favorite style (light on the aroma and tastes).

Jul 7, 2006 I thought this was going to be a saison...Pours a clear light golden, straw color. Aroma and taste are both very slightly tart citrus and lemon, light malts...watery finish....

Sep 11, 2008 This is easily flying fish’ best seasonal offering throughout the year. Light, refreshing psuedo-saison makes a good choice for the summer. It is what it is. If you are looking for an inaccessable hard to find saison that is not going to satisfy the masses, look elsewhere.

Jun 14, 2007 Bottle. Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is medium to dark yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain, malt syrup), lightly hoppy (herbs, flowers), with a light note of gum. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Not too bad, really, but it also isn’t trying too hard to impress. It doesn’t have much by way of yeast characteristics, and the aromas are light overall, but it’s nicely dry and respectably low in alcohol. The malt character is a bit raw.

Jul 29, 2003 Pale straw lored with a nose of pear. Not stellar. Slight, slight banana. Some grass. Sorta "kolsch"-ish and that is nod good for this style. Lacks any spice.

Aug 18, 2002 White foamy head, pale light color. Aroma, sour. Taste, well this might as well be a bottle of heinekin.
