Commercial Description:
A tribute to the highly drinkable ""every day"" beers from French-speaking Belgium. Contains Belgian two-row pale malt and 7% wheat. This beer is lightly filtered with an earthy, spicy hop character from imported Styrian Goldings hops and a beautiful rich creamy head from the wheat. Dry quenching finish achieved by use of the traditional sour mash process

A very good refreshing summer ale from Flying Fish. Pours a beautiful golden color with a rich fluffy head. Hints or wheat, coriander and fruit. Very mild beer...could have had a bit heavier body, but finished crisp and smooth nonetheless. By the end of my glass the beer began to lose its "flavor" but still a great choice on a hot summer day.

Drinkable, I found it to be fair on the malt side and some hops noticeable. Not my favorite, but then neither is Bud.

Not quite up there with Sam Adams or Pete’s summer brews, but still very good.

Clear golden with a fluffy small white head. Decent lacing. I liked the fact that FF did not fall into the common trap of making their Summer Ale overly flowery in aroma and citrusy in flavor. Very quenching with tart finish overlaying a short hop bite. My second fav. in the FF line (ESB is 1).

Had this one bottled in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Dark yellow pour with a nice lacey white head. Wheaty, malty nose with a lemon and banana nose, some fruitiness and a mild finish. Good bite.

Mine had no head at all, but was a rich full golden color; with any head at all it would have gotten a 5 on apperance. Taste is fruity and heavily scented with floral hops. I did not detect much wheat in the flavor, but some of the characteristic yeast taste that I associate with Belgian wheat ales was there. Indeed, a nice summer beer, though there are many German wheats that I would take first!
