Commercial Description:
At the request of you hopheads, we produced this I.P.A. with a deep golden color, plenty of hop bitterness balanced by malt sweetness. Because of the extensive dry hopping, there’s a floral and citrus hop finish. It’s then lightly filtered to maintain the appropriate body and flavor. The beer features a combination of American, English and German malts to balance the large amount of hops. The HopFish also uses three hop varieties at five different times and has been dry-hopped for two weeks with 22lbs of Nugget whole leaf hops.

(12oz bottle) Crystal clear amber body topped by large beige head. Aroma is medium sweet, grapefruit, some earthy. Taste is moderately sweet, grapefruit, some earthy, floral, caramel. Fairly clean, light-medium body, nicely drinkable. Nice job with the dry hopping.

I love this stuff. It’s not overly hopped and has a very slight hint of citrus. Not as bitter as I was thinking it would be

Bottle. Good strong hop aroma and amber color make a good impression on me. Has a good flavor that is alive and leaves a sense of needing more on your tongue. Avery good beer with food at a reasonable cost. Cheers!

Bottle. Pours amber with a white head. Looks tempting. Faint grapefruit citrus aroma. Caramel malt flavor offset by spicy hop bitterness. Faint, but pleasant lingering hoppiness in the finish. Fairly solid. Just a simple well crafted session IPA. Would pair well with food.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Pours a clear, dark amber with a small, off-white head. Incredibly fresh, grapefruity nose. Rather light body with some caramel and some fresh aroma hops. Tasted at the Oklahoma Beer tasting March 06 hosted by mjames and lilannie. 250306

This is a solid IPA that lacks a little depth but still holds on the good hoppiness of the type. I could drink a few of these in a summertime atmosphere. Some IPA’s are heavier and more for winter.

Golden body. Nose of pepper and lemongrass. Oily mouth, thin semi sweet flavour. Lacked defined hop character. ---- On draft a bit more orange in the finish with some bubblegum. Slightly foamy yet thin.

Rusty brown orange color, clear body. Perfumy nose, very floral and lightly grassy, but altogethor a very hop-forward nose. Sweet and mildly tart, with some gummi-sugary sweetness, and a light, pale soapy finish.
