Apr 28, 2006 (12oz bottle) Crystal clear amber body topped by large beige head. Aroma is medium sweet, grapefruit, some earthy. Taste is moderately sweet, grapefruit, some earthy, floral, caramel. Fairly clean, light-medium body, nicely drinkable. Nice job with the dry hopping.

Good strong hop aroma and amber color make a good impression on me. Has a good flavor that is alive and leaves a sense of needing more on your tongue. Avery good beer with food at a reasonable cost. Cheers!

Apr 24, 2006 Updated: Oct 23, 2006Bottle. Pours amber with a white head. Looks tempting. Faint grapefruit citrus aroma. Caramel malt flavor offset by spicy hop bitterness. Faint, but pleasant lingering hoppiness in the finish. Fairly solid. Just a simple well crafted session IPA. Would pair well with food.

Apr 8, 2006 This is a solid IPA that lacks a little depth but still holds on the good hoppiness of the type. I could drink a few of these in a summertime atmosphere. Some IPA’s are heavier and more for winter.

Mar 28, 2006 Rusty brown orange color, clear body. Perfumy nose, very floral and lightly grassy, but altogethor a very hop-forward nose. Sweet and mildly tart, with some gummi-sugary sweetness, and a light, pale soapy finish.
