Commercial Description:
At the request of you hopheads, we produced this I.P.A. with a deep golden color, plenty of hop bitterness balanced by malt sweetness. Because of the extensive dry hopping, there’s a floral and citrus hop finish. It’s then lightly filtered to maintain the appropriate body and flavor. The beer features a combination of American, English and German malts to balance the large amount of hops. The HopFish also uses three hop varieties at five different times and has been dry-hopped for two weeks with 22lbs of Nugget whole leaf hops.

Orange/amber body with a thin spattering of foam sitting on top. Aroma is really nice, with lots of piney hops and a sweet bready maltiness. Flavor is bittersweet, nicely balanced with a citrusy hoppiness. Body is thin. This is very drinkable and quite good.

Bottle - Pours nice redish amber color with small light head. Produces nice lacing throughout. Medium hoppy aroma - very pelasant. Nice smooth mouth feel with hint of citrus and slight bitterness. Overall a very drinkable smooth IPA.

A refreshing lemon-pine hop blast initially greets the nose, interwoven with more subtle hints of dough and biscuits. Interesting spicy notes hint at oregano. Smooth and well balanced, with a clean yet firm and sweet malt profile, with a backgound of lemony citrus hops, and a medium bitter finish. Resiny hop aromas develop as it sits and warms. There’s just something a little off about the finish, maybe a tartness to the bittering hops, with a dryness showing where the initially sweet malts disappear at the back of the palate. Very easily drinkable, it just disappears out of the glass! Nice amber color with a full foaming head that settles down to a firm cap with good lacing.

Draft Pours a clear amber with a white head that produces good lacing and lasts well. Has a very hoppy aroma, of pine and citrus. Has light body with a good carbination. The flavor is nicely hoppy but not overbearing. Has a good mouthfeel. A nice duration with a good bitter finish. A very tasty IPA.

12oz bottle - Pale copper color, crystal clear, with extremely thick, long lasting off white head. Aroma is mildly malty, hint of roasted caramel, with subtle herbal hops. Flavor has a bit of toasted malts and caramel, touch of herbal hops, with a mild bitterness.

Dull metallic-orange body with ultra-fine particulates and a cottony, off-white head. Aroma of fresh but catty hops with cheesy and nutty characters plus tangerine notes. Flavor has a cat box bouquet with elements of must and peanut shells and a firm, coarse bitterness in the finish. Mouthfilling texture. Not a preferred IPA in my book.
