Aroma is really nice, with lots of piney hops and a sweet bready maltiness. Flavor is bittersweet, nicely balanced with a citrusy hoppiness. Body is thin. This is very drinkable and quite good. stef92 (68), Williamstown, New Jersey, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Mar 21, 2006 A refreshing lemon-pine hop blast initially greets the nose, interwoven with more subtle hints of dough and biscuits. Interesting spicy notes hint at oregano. Smooth and well balanced, with a clean yet firm and sweet malt profile, with a backgound of lemony citrus hops, and a medium bitter finish. Resiny hop aromas develop as it sits and warms. There’s just something a little off about the finish, maybe a tartness to the bittering hops, with a dryness showing where the initially sweet malts disappear at the back of the palate. Very easily drinkable, it just disappears out of the glass! Nice amber color with a full foaming head that settles down to a firm cap with good lacing. adrian910ss (1435), philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Mar 7, 2006 Dull metallic-orange body with ultra-fine particulates and a cottony, off-white head. Aroma of fresh but catty hops with cheesy and nutty characters plus tangerine notes. Flavor has a cat box bouquet with elements of must and peanut shells and a firm, coarse bitterness in the finish. Mouthfilling texture. Not a preferred IPA in my book. gr8tbeer (2), Pennsylvania, USA does not count | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Feb 28, 2006 This has a great taste combination of hop bitterness and sweetness.
