Commercial Description:
At the request of you hopheads, we produced this I.P.A. with a deep golden color, plenty of hop bitterness balanced by malt sweetness. Because of the extensive dry hopping, there’s a floral and citrus hop finish. It’s then lightly filtered to maintain the appropriate body and flavor. The beer features a combination of American, English and German malts to balance the large amount of hops. The HopFish also uses three hop varieties at five different times and has been dry-hopped for two weeks with 22lbs of Nugget whole leaf hops.

12oz. right from the bottle. Nice citrusy hops and caramel to the nose. Light floral notes followed by sweet malt. Decent but nothing over the top.

Bottle. Clear orange copper with small creamy head. Aroma is herbal and floral with grapefruit and pine. Flavors of grapefruit, orange, and biscuit. Mouthfeel is soft. Full and assertive palate.

Bottle. 12 oz. Pours hazy orange with a thin white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, wheat, clove, and malt. Body is a bit weak, but smooth finish. Decent IPA.

Variety Case from Brewers Outlet, Lancaster, PA...bit of a citrusy pine smell...same in the flavor with very little bitterness...I’ve had Pale Ale’s with more "oomph" than this.

Had this one bottled in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Medium yellow pour with a nice, foamy white head, a lighy, fruity nose and a citrusy, light malty flavor. Very good for the style!

Very average and not impressed I kept asking is this really an IPA? Golden color with slightly off white head not much of a floral aroma and it left some lacing on the glass very light bitter taste .... its balanced not watered down and drinkable, but its nothing that really knocks your taste buds around

Nice hop profile, floral, citrus, mild overall. Not watery though, a bit weak on the finish,Reminded me of two hearted a little. Could use some more kick at the end.
