Nov 7, 2002 So far this is my Favorite porter. Dark ruby-black, hints of coffee, full bodied and oh soooo smooth. This is in my top ten of beers.

Sep 7, 2004 Good porters are hard to find and this is a good porter and frankly way underrated. Has a subtle malt and chocolate aroma with a nice chocolate flavor with a mild smokiness. Robust but yet easy drinking. Creamy soft mouthfeel. Well done.

May 5, 2002 Very smooth and malty, great coffee taste to it. Made me go right out and try and brew a similar taste since I cannot buy this anywhere near me.

Nov 15, 2005 This one is right there with Anchor. The six-pack version is just as good as the keg version. Try it, you’ll like it.
