On Christmas Day German and British soldiers stopped fighting, met each other, played a game of soccer and even exchanged beer. This is an Oatmeal Stout (of British origin) made with an Alt yeast (of German origin); it is coating and warming for the winter months and a good reminder of the possibility of peace.
