hellbilly (912), scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA Jul 13, 2008 it’s a fresh one... mfg march 2008. very pale yellow with an instantaneous falling white head. aroma is grainy, vegetal yeasty, light lemon and grass. the flavor is the same along with some straw and a slightly spicy dry finish. light body, watery mouth feel and prickly carbonation. somehow this didn’t quench my thirst... i am almost glad the dogs knocked it over by the pool... at least they enjoyed it!
Wulfstan (481), California, USA Sep 5, 2008 This is a pretty good, basic lager. It’s golden with a small-medium, dense white head that slowly shrinks and leaves a hint of lace. The aroma is light grain, apple and pear with a hint of hay. The taste is sweetish pear and grain with hints of apple and hay and a light grassy & apple-peel bitterness. It’s pretty standard, but also pretty good, pleasant, and clean with the flaovur being light but persistent. CaryTheDude (290), Ripon, Wisconsin, USA Sep 3, 2008 I’ve gotta make it through a whole bomber of this crap. Not looking forward to it. Stingy but at least the flavor doesn’t last long. RAYBOY01 (1630), Chicago, Illinois, USA Aug 18, 2008 Very pale yellow with mediu, fluffy white head. Sritzy carbonation and lively mouthfeel. The flavors were tepid and uninspiring at bestm but not horrible Mainly light grain and grassiness, but missing much of that terrible adjunct corn flavor that most Indian lagers possess. mansquito (652), Boston/Philadelphia, USA Jul 6, 2008 Really pale yellow, but there is a picture so who cares about the description. Grassy hops smell. Grainy taste. It has existing hops. That’s cool I guess. Another merely ok Indian beer that is cool to get at an Indian restaurant because it fits with all the food you got (sort of).
