Smell: Earthy malt aroma with subtle spicing and a hint of apple.
Taste: More of the earthy maltiness with a touch of caramel sweetness. A touch of spice. That hint of apple rears up from time to time. with a bit of hop bitterness appearing near the drying finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: A pretty good Carolinan Oktoberfest.
