| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 7, 2009 Sampled at WBF in Durham. Poured a black color with a red tint to it - thin head. Aroma of chocolate and roasted coffee and malt. The flavor on this is more like a great coffee - dark, rich, and very, very tasty - with a sweet finish (chocolate, toffee and some caramel). Another solid offering from the local folks here at Foothills Brewing.
