A classic American style pale ale with crystal and Munich malts. This beer is agressively hopped with Perle, Cascade, and Centennial hops. Cascade whole hops are added to give it additional hops aroma. Color-7.6 Lovibond; IBU-37

Draft at Foothills; found it very good for the style, with a nice hop bite to it. Ended up leaving with a growler of it.

Pint glass, frosty...very delicious pale, hoppy, tastes much like a west coast pale, herbal, oily, and well-carbonated, beautiful red-amber color. Leaves a nice velvety coating on the palate.

On tap at the brewery. Well made APA with firm hops. Again, an above average beer from Foothills.

Pretty good, pretty standard pale ale. I think the water quality shows through in this one because there’s an off-taste thhat I can’t quite place into any of the usual categories.

A solid but unexciting pale ale with an estery Cascade nose. Nicely balanced with the crystal malt adding a decent caramel maltiness. No flaws, but not one of their better entries.

Draught during my NC brew tour. Pours light copper with a quaint head. The nose is mild, but has definite suggestions of pine and grapefruit with a dash of clean, malty sweetness. This has a juicy flavor with a small sting of pine and citrus. Excellent balance and pretty satisfying for an APA.

Nice rich amber pour, with a small head and light lacing. This brings a dark wheat and dough to the nose. Pale biscuity malts with a dry, roasted caramel and heavy biscuit finish. This lends decently to the aftereffects of biscuit flour. This is ok for the style, but not very complex.
