Aug 31, 2009 Draft at the brewpub. Clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma is pale malt and grassy/floral hops. Flavor more of the same, pretty light, but with a nice clean hop finish. Bready pale malt and a little wheat as well. Light body. Pretty unremarkable beer overall, but decent for the style.

Jul 24, 2009 Draft at the brewery. Clear golden with a light ring of lasting bubbles. Aroma is apples, pith and sour grass. Flavor is apple, bitter grass and light cardboard. Light body is mostly smooth and has a crisp grassy finish.

May 2, 2009 Tap at brewpub. Not bad for a very light American wheat style. Pours a clear very light gold- lighter than the pilsner, and a thin lasting white head. Aroma is nice- slight doughy cream of wheat, clean , nice bready pils and a slight floral and spicy hop character with a good light fruitiness. Flavor is light crisp, crackery, doughy, pils, and slight lemon and floral-spicy hops. Finish is clean and very crisp.

Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de céréales avec une pointe houblonnée. Courte durée de l’arrière goût. Mar 4, 2009 Served on draft at the brewery. Pours a clear golden straw color. Aroma of toasted malts and honey. Taste is toasted malts, bitter grassy hops and a slightly sweet finish. Medium bodied.

Feb 8, 2009 On tap at the brewpub. Pours golded with a bit of white head. There’s a strong pils aroma with leafy hops. Crips malts and snappy hops. Refreshing.

Jan 19, 2009 Sampler @ Foothills: Golden hue with no head. Not particularly ideal. Crisp and malty, lightly hopped. Sort of like a what beer for people who don’t like the yeastiness of wheat beers.
