Pours a clear very light gold- lighter than the pilsner, and a thin lasting white head. Aroma is nice- slight doughy cream of wheat, clean , nice bready pils and a slight floral and spicy hop character with a good light fruitiness. Flavor is light crisp, crackery, doughy, pils, and slight lemon and floral-spicy hops. Finish is clean and very crisp. GeneralGao (3057), Iowa City, Iowa, USA

Very mild wheat aro - OK, look, I drank this becasue it was the only Foothills beer they had the festival that I hadn’t had. Its a light micro brewed wheat designed to appeal to people who don’t drink microbrewed beer. You can safely skip this and go directly to the other Foothills offerings, which are much better. You can thank me later. Sampled at Knoxville Brewer’s Jam, 2006. dkachur (2374), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA
