Tap at brewpub. Not bad for a very light American wheat style. Pours a clear very light gold- lighter than the pilsner, and a thin lasting white head. Aroma is nice- slight doughy cream of wheat, clean , nice bready pils and a slight floral and spicy hop character with a good light fruitiness. Flavor is light crisp, crackery, doughy, pils, and slight lemon and floral-spicy hops. Finish is clean and very crisp.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden color with thin white head. Slightly bitter with a hint of sprucy hops in the nose. Finish is slightly sweet with a touch of honey and crisp with a pleasant grainy aftertaste.

(Rating #2296)

Gold. Decent white head. Very mild wheat aro - OK, look, I drank this becasue it was the only Foothills beer they had the festival that I hadn’t had. Its a light micro brewed wheat designed to appeal to people who don’t drink microbrewed beer. You can safely skip this and go directly to the other Foothills offerings, which are much better. You can thank me later. Sampled at Knoxville Brewer’s Jam, 2006.

Served on draft at the brewery. Pours a clear golden straw color. Aroma of toasted malts and honey. Taste is toasted malts, bitter grassy hops and a slightly sweet finish. Medium bodied.

On tap at the brewpup. Was pretty boring and standard; an attempt to appeal to the masses. Least enjoyable on my trip.
