Beer #31: Pours slight cloudy amber/orange with a fully diminished white head. Peach, pinewood and mild grapefruit aroma. Sweet and fruity flavour of pine nedles and hops with notes of caramel and grass.

Aroma: picking up a peppery spicyness in the aroma in addition to the sweet citrus
Flavor: lots of peppery character in the flavor as well, the spicyness along with a big earthyness cuts down on the sweetness creating better balance
