Served from a 22oz bottle of what I believe is the 2008 vintage, bottle 144/500. This was thanks to a trade with decaturstevo. The appearance is a deep dark chocolate brown with a fair amount of small bubbles and a medium pouring but dissipating deep barrel brown. The aromas are rich dark chocolate, espresso grinds, molasses, smoked meat, and hints of licorice. The flavors on the tongue just add to the enjoyment that the nose started. Rich dark chocolate, smoky, dark fruits like prunes and dried cherries, brown sugar. The mouth is creamy and smooth but still feels thin but not a lacking thin. Excellent beer!

#300 rating this beer. Bottle, graciously shared by danielcurtis81 on his wedding week. Pours deep black with thin dark tan head. Nose has alot of luscious red fruit on top of chocolate dessert and molasses. Taste is a smooth, pleasing elegant dessert concoction. Lots of sweet, toffee, chocolate, coffee malts and a perfect blend of dark red fruit. All flavors meld and compliment each other perfectly. What a real treat. I am simply aroused by this brew.

This bottled brew from a DLD beer festival poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized dark brown colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a opaque no visible carbonation dark brown colored body and a poor lacing. The aroma was roasted malt and dark chocolate. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start mediumly tingly at the finish. The mild flavor contained notes of malt and chocolate. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.

Sexual Chocolate Sampled during RBSG 7/11/2009 at the Grand Tasting. This stout pours a medium black color from the 22oz bottle. Small to medium sized tan foamy head. The aroma is chocolate and coffee. A medium bodied stout. The malts are chocolate and coffee. The hops are earthy. Slightly hoppier than most stouts. Nice balance. A nice dry finish to this beer. Good carbonation. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter and chocolaty.

Very dark and thick. Small tan head. Aroma is roasty, dark chocolate and cream. Flavor is sweet, light roast, bittersweet dark chocolate. Sweet and chocolaty, milky at times, really good.

Pours an exceptional black with no highlights and a reasonably sized head of tan foam. Smells of molasses and chocolate, an some earthy aroma. Tastes very strongly of molasses, with a roasted malt aftertaste. Cream is present as well. Booze does not rear it’s head. Strangely enough considering it’s name, there isn’t much in the way of chocolate in the taste. No real hop presence. Mouth is medium bodied an carbonation. Would have liked this to be thicker. This one goes down extremely easy but considering the difficulty in obtaining one, let’s just say I am glass to have tried it once.
