| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 3, 2009 At Beer Mania, Bruxelles Hazy amber color, beautiful; creamy head. The aroma, light, has some malt, and a grainy touch. The body is medium, with average caramel flavor, not sweet or round enough, but quite smooth, with a strange herbal touch (oregano or thyme) that is not as bad as in other beers; low bitterness. Balanced herbal beer, not too complex but enjoyable. Madsnp (621), Odense C, Denmark

aroma is malty, caramel, light fruits with a nice floral background.
Taste, yeasty, light caramel, fresh floral hops leaning toward the orange blossom, sweet with some hints of honey. Light spices. Finish is lightly bitter and yeasty.
Overall palate was very satisfying and this review just lacks the proper wording to say it all. ChristianScheffel (4518), Odense, Denmark
