Ungstrup (11713), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 15, 2003 A golden beer with an OK head. The aroma is sweet and malty with notes of brewmash. The flavor is slightly sour and slightly bitter and somewhat thin. Papsoe (11076), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 23, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Pretty amber, almost no head. Sweetish, caramelish malt character with a bit of hops thrown in the finish. A bit like Danish Easter brews used to taste. The Danish macro trend towards thin and watery hasn’t reached the Faroe Islands - yet. Thankfully. 170305 omhper (10950), Stockholm, Sweden May 12, 2003 Bottled. Deep golden with not much head. Raisiny malt aroma. Sweet, rounded and really malty with pleasant velvetty mouthfeel. Mild finish with low bitterness. This is by far the best of the beers I've tried from this brewery, mostly because of it's chewy, delicate malt flavour. joergen (6821), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 19, 2006 Bottle.
Clear golden coloured with a white head.
