Papsoe (11076), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 29, 2008 (Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of faroeviking. Clear golden with a small, white head. Malt in the nose with a tiny fruity touch. Medium body with lightly sweet malt and a dry finish with a subdued bitterness. Clean though and nothing wrong with it, just utterly boring. And to call it a Bohemian pils is an insult to all Czech brewers. 230808 omhper (10950), Stockholm, Sweden Sep 22, 2008 Updated: Oct 1, 2008Bottled at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Clear golden, virtually no head. Grassy nose. Drysih with clean hard mouthfeeö. Good amounts of hops but sub-par malt structure. Pleasant late bitterness. I wish I could discern that rhubarb that’s supposed to be here. yespr (7788), Copenhagen O, Denmark Sep 7, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head.
