clear light to medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, burnt caramel, moderate burnt sugar and brown sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090611]
