Aldrighetti (161), Coltura, Italy Apr 16, 2004 Pale golden colour, large white head, slowly to disappears. Fine hoppy aroma (hops flower, hay) on a clean malt base. The Forst honey-sweetness lacks in flavor, that is more herbal, finish with a round bitter taste and turns in a soft bitterish aftertaste. Medium to light body, pleasant and easy to drink.
Filtered but unpasteurized, it is a nice fresh pils, probably an all-malt beer, surely the best pale beer from Forst.
