Commercial Description:
Translated from Italian:
A beer of non accented olfactory intensity, but with a well structured body, elegant and full, with a malty aftertaste, thick, but with a noticable presence of fruity aromas.

Draught at Eataly, Bologna
Deep blond color, medium head. The aroma is too light, the flavor is reasonably strong, with quite good malt, round mouthfeel and correct bitterness; long aftertaste. pleasant but easy.

Draught Pale golden beer, medium white head. Grainy nose, bit sweet, dry hay, not very present. Very sweet-malty taste, but just enough hops to counter the "too much". Good balance, strangely enough. Medium bodied, slick. I find the alcohol rather hidden, did not expect 7.5%. Not a bad beer, certainly on draught.

Draught @ Venice Italy. Average fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Clear sparkling body with a thing yellow colour. Aroma was hay, cardboard, caramel. For 7.5% Alcohol it has a rather thin texture. Light to medium bodied with a hint of alcohol. Flavour was sweet with light alcoholic bitter notes.

Draught at Green Lion (Manerba).
Yellow pale color, much clear, fraught and with light fizz. Compact and adherent head, good duration. Light aroma, decided alcoholic with notes (slight) of hop and malt. Medium prickly taste; overbearing alcoholic, bitter and with exsiccated cereals notes. Uncommon but with something salvable.
