j12601 (1149), Poughkeepsie, New York, USA Oct 31, 2009 Bottle. Pours a hazy piss yellow with a thin white head. Skunked. The bottle was opened about 10 feet away from me and I could smell it from there. Horrible. Greasy grain. Grainy and gross, sweet corn and old cardboard. Finishes with dry bitter grains. austone (998), Turku; Pori, Finland Oct 27, 2009 33cl bottle. Light clear golden, tiny fizzy fading head. Mineral, slighly malty nose, pretty dry, has a strong club soda or even better, N/A feel. Sweetish, clean flavor, no nasties, slighly mentholey hops, a bit sugary, but raesonably refreshing. Light bodied, basic strongly carbonated palate. Middle-of-the-road. Stew41 (1042), Caulfield, Australia Oct 23, 2009 Good call from the Beer Snob - completely unremarkable. Big grainy and slightly stale flavours drive a very standard beer that really borders on pale lager in style. Sweetish but very industry malts on the finish.
Beer Snob (378), Ontario, Canada Oct 1, 2009 Ice cold on a steaming hot day in Firenze...
Absolutely 100% unremarkable. Very pale yellow, thin head and an aroma of macro brewed beer.
Having said that, it went down easy and left no aftertaste. dionysus (95), Arizona, USA Sep 25, 2009 Bottle pours straw yellow with a creamy white head. Nose is slightly skunky with a lot of bread. Starts of with slightly sweet grain and finishes on a decent bitter hop note. Body is pretty thin which contributes to this being an easy drinker. Nothing interesting, nothing offensive. GreatLibations (1440), Last Supper, Arizona, USA Sep 11, 2009 Not a bad beer at all for a session. Pours a tall head that lingers with a pale yellow color. Aromas of skunky toast. Light nectar with good carbonation. Very mellow and smooth with a superb bittering component. Seriously, not bad.
