Corpo acquoso però, e sapore anche se un poco più pungente non molto diverso dallo standard di pils commerciali meno quotate (Pedavena). // AGGIORNATA: bevuta molto spesso in questa mia vacanza montana, alla spina, soprattutto a Merano (al birrificio) e a Malles Venosta (in un pub Forst); tutta un’altra birra: floreale e raffinata pur nella sua beverinità e con una luppolatura profumata e gustosa. golden clear, nice fluffy head/big bubbles with air pockets. well balance malt/hop flavor for an italian pilsener or way better then american crap(macro-stuff). easy drinking and refreshing on a hot day with nice flavor. went back to this cafe just to have another glass....no more poroni or moretti for me!!
