Fort Collins Brewlesque Brown

Thin head, dark clear crimson. Graham cracker aroma, light fruity sweetness. Light spices, well hopped up front. Bitter, long finish, mild maltiness. Soft palate. Basic stuff, kind of a hopped-up brown I guess.

From growler. Head is mostly diminishing. Body is dark brown. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted nuts, caramel). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Very boring and simple.
