| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 11, 2008 12 oz. bottle from General66, thanks! Dark brown pour with a small head. Light coffee and roasted barley aroma, but not too much happening there. Like the description says, some toasted malt and just a hint of hop dryness in the finish keep this interesting. Slightly thin mouthfeel for a stout though. Still, decent and easy to drink. SB (317), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 5, 2008 tap at the brewpub - Pours dark brown with a thin tan head. It has the expected roast malt aroma with a hint of chocolate. There’s a good stout flavor though the chocolate that the name indicates is very mild. It’s medium bodied, well balanced, and finishes somewhat dry. estoppel (1028), Buffalo, New York, USA
