Dec 13, 2006 12oz bottle poured a light to medium golden color with an averaged sized white head. I’m really searching for some araoms here, some grain, toasted malts and honey. Tastes of honey, grain and fruity. Thinner and weak body.

Jan 17, 2009 Pours gold with a generous white head. Smells breaddy with some underlying peppery splashes. Tastes crisp and malty with some nice floral hints on the finish.

Aug 18, 2004 Crisp, light, good aroma of Saaz or something similar. Fresh and bright taste of lemons. Light yellow in color. Very solid.

clear dark yellow. Aroma is moderately malty (bread, cookie),
moderately hoppy (flowers, herbs). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly
acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately
bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
I kinda like the house character and malt profile in most FCB brews, and I’m glad I revisited this one. Easy drinking but no slouch in the aroma. Pleasant, but a bit thin and watery.

Sep 17, 2005 Light gold body with lots of carbonation. The white head is very dense. The aroma is celery, tomatoes and chicken soup. The taste is rich with green beans and some carrots. A little bit of black pepper spice in the finish. A decent and light summer brew.

Aug 7, 2003 Updated: Oct 5, 2004Hazy yellow-gold with a milk-like head with nice lace. Texture was chewy, but thin at times. Malts were sweet and milky, with big notes of grain, dough and cereal. Lightly herbal hops with just a mild bitterness.

Jul 4, 2006 This was something I tried at the brewery that was supposed to be only for the beer club. Has a bit of spicy mustard seed thing going on. Fresh biscuity bread notes, and a little bit of honey. Clean, with some spicy, bitter hops in the finish.
