Thanks yet again to rustychiles for the share on this one. Aroma is rather unique - fresh hops. fresh malt, and coffee. Taste is of coffee, chocolate, and just the right amount of roast. This is a really nice beer.

650 ml. bottle. Pours a thick, lasting, mocha colored head, over a dark (SRM 30) clear body.....nose primarily coffee with hints of chocolate....taste is bitter roasted malts with coffee and a bit of chocolate, there is minimal if any sweetness, and the finishing bitterness lingers....mouth feel is thick but not creamy, carbonation is low. This is a pleasant, but not particularly complex brew. It is NOT a sweet stout, and is rather hard to place in the pantheon of stouts.

Black body with a tan head. Aroma is dominated by chocolate and roasted grain. The flavor actually reminds me more of a dopplebock than a stout. However, it is very good. Smooth body with low carbonation. All in all, very nice.

Pours black with a not too dark brown head. Aroma of grain and tanginess, rye, real dark cocoa. Flavor is big coffee, dark chocolate, roast, and burned rye bread., Finishes like espresso and the bread on ice cream sandwiches. creamy body, but not too thick.

Poured with a thick creamy head on top of a very dark black body. Aroma was obvious sweet stout caramelish with a bit of roasted coffee as well. Flavor was the same with more of an emphasis on the coffee and left a pleasing after taste. Got better the deeper I went.

Bottle thanks to chef201atc. Pours a very dark brown/black with tan head. Aroma of some dark roast, a little chocolate, faint tartness. Flavor of some nice dark roast, some chocolate, faint coffee. Mouth feel is medium-full body with high carbonation. Over all, good stuff!
