Slightly hazy light golden with lots of carbonation under a small white head. Mildly tart aroma of yeast and green apples. Not as much fruit as expected in the flavor. A reasonably straightforward American Wheat Ale with a snappy kick. Pomegranate? Maybe. Nice crisp texture and quick, dry finish. mcjay (303), Neenah, Wisconsin, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 27, 2008 This is most certainly a very different wheat-style beer. There is a ton of fruity flavors and a very sweet and tart body. The beer pours a semi-cloudy gold color with a very huge head. But the head didn’t leave much of a lacing, though, around the glass. The nose was very fruity, with hints of grass and hops. The body was very smooth and drinkable, as well. The flavors featured sweet notes of fruit, pineapple, grapefruit and slight hops. The finish was very sweet and tart. This was definitely a one-of-a-kind beer, at least for now. An enjoyable fruity wheat beer. lithy (1750), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 18, 2008 Clear yellow color with a finger of nice white head. Mostly wheaty aroma, some non-descript fruity sweetness. Taste is sweet (pomegranate? if you say so) then light wheat malt and a light malt hoppiness. IlanMan (846), Appleton, Wisconsin, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Oct 20, 2008 Very light pour with a very light fruit aroma. Was there even any pomegranite in here? Doubtful. The brew was blended alright but the flavor was so bland. Not much happening here. douglas88 (1643), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Oct 18, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a very small head. The aroma is sweet fruity notes and some wheat. The taste is a odd mix of tartness and bitterness; sweet wheat flavors mix with mostly tart pomegranate and lots of bitter hops. An odd sort of concoction, I can’t say it is in any way bad though. j12601 (1317), Poughkeepsie, New York, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Oct 18, 2008 Bottle. Pours a light golden color with a thin white head which fades before I’ve finished even sniffing at the beer. A light amount of fruit on the nose, but not much else. Mouth feel is creamy with medium sized carbonation. Tastes of wheat, and leads to a lightly hopped finish. Rather weak… I was expecting more, even from a fruit beer. I got no pomegranate flavor anywhere in the beer. troyc (1175), Lubbock, Texas, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 16, 2008 (Bottle) Pours a hazy yellow color with about two fingers of foamy white head. Dusty wheat aroma with a distinct grainy note. The taste is pretty unusual. Sour fruit (not sure if I’d necessarily say pomegranate) up front, then more of a subtle wheat and biscuit finish. It seemed to have a dry, bitter finish. Average mouthfeel and palate. Unusual, and worth trying... but not that great.
