| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 19, 2008 12oz - Aroma is wet wheat, hay, and yeast with some maltiness in the back. Pours transparent yellow with a huge fluffy head and great lacing. Flavor is yeasty for a wheat beer with a tart snap that must be what they mean by pomegranate, I can honestly say I don’t know what that tastes like. Palate is crisp and refreshing. Not sure why this has such a bad overall rating. I find it different and tasty, although I admit I won’t be standing in line to buy more anytime soon. It would be interesting to have fresh on draft. mhelgason (495), Charlotte, North Carolina, USA

Pours a clear golden yellow color with a thin white head. Taste is light and crisp, there is a faint taste of pomegranate, not overpowering at all. A nice light and refreshing fruit beer coldbrewky (730), Saugerties, New York, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 2, 2008 Bottle: The most unique ber ever brewed? Uhhhhh I think the thin air is getting to you guys. Oily tanish head dissipates fast and leaves little lacing to speak of. Calling this a wheat beer is truly a stretch. It wasn’t even cloudy. The pommegranate was balanced and pleasant but overall boring. jason (1623), Easton, Pennsylvania, USA

Flavor is sweet malty taste, light hops and light fruit, tart. I was very surprised the pomegranate didn’t over power this one. dm9831 (1167), Monee, Illinois, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 9, 2008 12 oz bottle. Poured golden in color with a long lasting white foamy head. Great lacing left on the glass. Aroma of tart fruit and grass. Taste comes in tart with fruit, grape sweetness, and grass. I suppose there is pomegranates in there, but I’m not too keen to know that flavor well. This one at first sip reminds me of a Berliner Weise style. Not bad.
