| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 17, 2007 12 oz. bottle from Eli. Pours golden yellow with amber hues. little head. Nose is sour fruit and wheat, touch of bread. Very light wheat taste, good body and mouthfeel. Pomegranate is no where near as prominate as expected. It really tastes like a uniquely fruity American wheat. There’s not real "fruit beer" feel to this, just beer. Good stuff. I would get a sixer of this in the summer. zombywoof (362), Shawnee, Kansas, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 12, 2007 Bread and fruit aroma. Tart. Prominent wheat with mild pomegranate notes. Not really better than any other wheats I’ve had but different. Other than the novelty I don’t know that I’d recommend this over any other wheat. ghostmonkey (182), budd lake, New Jersey, USA

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Nov 4, 2007 12oz bottle poured in a lager glass. FCMTPW pours yellow, not golden, not bronze nor copper. It doesn’t pour pale yellow or straw yellow. This beer pours yellow. The head is light and creamy looking. The aroma has an old grain and feet smell to it. The body is carbonated and light. The taste is odd, like green grapes and tonic water. I don’t believe I’ve ever had a pomegranate before and based on this beer I don’t believe I’ll be rushing out to try one. The finish is quick but leaves a fruit juice acidity in your throat. natedoggkc (164), Lenexa, Kansas, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Oct 30, 2007 Pours a straw yellow with small head. Aroma of wheat and subtle fruit. Flavor is a lot more bold than the aroma. Decent amount of fruit and it lingers a little while with some tartness. Stacks up there with most of the other fruit wheats that I have had. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 29, 2007 Pours a hazy light gold with a small, frothy, white head. The nose is a sour wheat, dusty and fruity-tart. Light-bodied and lively with a lightly dry and tart finish. The flavor is a lightly sweet and sour wheat with a moderately tart fruit backing. The fruit in this doesn’t really taste like pomegranates to me, and I think the beer would be improved if they removed the fruit and bottled it as a straight wheat.
