I have no idea what pomegranate tastes like and am anxious to find what effect it has in a wheat beer. Wheat flavor is nice and its sweetness is balanced by a tartness that is offered by few wheats. A dry bitterness follows each sip. This is a unique beer and one that will likely be a success for this brewery. thegreenrooster (1842), St.louis, Missouri, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 28, 2007 Pour is a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruit with some wheat and a touch of hops. In the flavor not much of the fruit comes out but that leaves a nice tart wheat and a nice does of pine hops. Overall very smooth and easy to drink. RSRIZZO (1368), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Sep 24, 2007 Had this beer on 5/21/2005. Interesting note, this beer comes with two totally different labels. One with a red rocket blasting off and the other is a yellow bi-plain. Both labels came in the same six pack. Color is a hazy pale gold with good carbonation and nice head. Aroma is a faint wheat scent with light tones of hops. Taste is crisp, tart and bitter. Starts with a light body that goes down crisp with a clean feel. The finish comes on with a faintly sweet malted wheat flavor that has a light fruit flavor coming though it. It then turns to a tartness and ends with a mild hop bitterness. its a nice warm summer day kind of beer. Headbanger (1595), Aurora, Illinois, USA

Taste was a good balance between the pom and the wheat. Nice combo. LinusStick (1847), Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 14, 2007 I don’t like pomegranates but the match of this fruit with wheat beer creates a synergy that can’t be explained. Aroma of tart fruit but a little weak. Pour was a cloudy blond with a 1 finger white head. Taste was nice and tart with the pom coming out but never overpowering the bitter wheat and yeast. For a fruit beer (and a fruit I hate) this is awesome! patrick767 (2038), fort wayne, Indiana, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 11, 2007 bottle - Pours hazy yellow-brown with a half inch white head. It has a light wheat, yeast, and fruit aroma. The flavor is sweet and mildly fruity. I assume the sweeter fruit rather than the typical citrus of a wheat beer is due to the pomegranate. Light hops bitterness provides balance. It’s a refreshing beer though somewhat lacking in character. Acknud (786), Morganfield, Kentucky, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Sep 4, 2007 Wheat beer aroma. Pours slightly cloudy. Taste is of wheat with a bitter sour finish. I guess that is a pomegranate taste but it doesn’t just jump out and grab you vyvvy (2068), Hazelwood, Missouri, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 2, 2007 Pours pale orange with a minor white head. The aroma has crisp wheat and pomegranate fruitiness along with some light spice. Medium / thin crisp body with pleasing sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with crisp wheat and lemony citrus mixed with the pomegranate and spicy hops. The finish add peppery qualities. An okay wheat that is very easy to drink.
