| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 16, 2005 Growler. Poured a cloudy pale yellow with a big frothy white head that retained well and left some lacing.
The aroma was lemony wheat and light yeast and spices.
The flavor was more of the same - lemony yeasty spices. For a lighter beer, it was surprisingly medium bodied and was lightly carbonated.
Overall, a very fruity wit. It was very refreshing and would make a great summer drinker. It was one of the better wheats I’ve had (not a favorite style). I was surprised to like it as much as I did.

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 26, 2005 12 oz bottle. I poured this into a big 22 glass and there was barley enough room for the large head to settle. Nice cloudy straw color. Just an awesome looking beer. Aroma is hay, grains an honey. Taste is nicely hopped with a cherry or pomegranate taste. Tart with a lively mouthfeel. Not exactly crisp enough to be a good summer beer but flavorful and unique enough to drink a few of. zug4abby (287), San Diego, California, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Sep 14, 2005 pours a slighly cloudy golden color with a large white head and decent amount of lacing. mild aroma overall, but strong with fruit (pomegranate) with a wine like aroma through-out. Flavor is very light and fruity with a very bubbly champagne like testure. this is a very fruity light beer and would be great during a hot summer day on the beach. I don’t usually like wheat’s and I enjoyed this!
