Crosling (1598), Loveland, Colorado, USA Mar 14, 2005 Light pale. Subtle aroma with suggestions of butter toffee and caramel along with a touch of lemon. Taste is interesting and very dry, possessing notes of citrus fruits and soy beans. Grainy. The concept and recipe is pretty cool, but this still doesn’t please my palate. Murphy (1759), Fort Collins, Colorado, USA Mar 11, 2005 Very light malty aroma. Pale, hazy yellow with a nice fluffy head. Taste is lemon, a little sour and unfermented. Malty enough body, but the taste was a let down. Pilners need hops.
