Got this one bottled, thank you Slothgar! Bubbly, hazy amber pour with a fizzy yellowish head, chocolate malty nose, sweet and malty, very good amber!

Sep 30, 2008 Deep reddish-brown with a light tan head with nice lacing as it collapses slowly. Candy apple aroma, caramel, very malty with hints of artificial/medicinal grape or cherry flavors. Nice smooth feel with malts that hint again at the medicinal cherry flavor. A finish of light hops and a slight steely metallic presence.

Sep 28, 2008 Pours a clear reddish amber with fair lacing and wispy tan head. Roasty and malty nose. A little mettalic penny in the flavor, but I attribute this to the bottle being a little old perhaps?
