Commercial Description:
We ventured into unfamiliar territory to create an IPA to fit our style. An intense floral nose, firm balanced flavor and long hoppy finish make Rocky Mountain IPA our very own.

(bottle - 12 oz) Pale gold in color with a thin white head. Aroma is very floral and hoppy with a good amount of citrus in it. Almost sweet. Flavor begins with a nice blend of citrus and floral hops, moving quickly to a hoppy and bitter middle that moves to a lingering bitter finish. Some sweet notes on the palate but mainly bitter and floral hops.

Good foamy head on very dark amber. Very nice wood and fruit hop flavour. Wood and floral flavour with a cardboardy quality that weighs it down. Starts with promissing aroma and ends kind of flat. Does have a nice hop aftertaste when it comes back through the Matrix.

Bottled. Clear amber color, short head. Hoppy and malty aroma. Decent bitter taste. Nothing spectacular.

(Bottle) Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Aroma of citrus and pine. Taste is heavily piney as well, but includes some robust caramel malts for balance. Light grapefruit and perhaps molasses in the finish. Not overly hoppy, and very good balance. Smooth mouthfeel. A basic, yet very good IPA.

Bottle and part of the Fort Collins sampler box from Canals in Lawrenceville. Clear copper pour under a medium light khaki head. Mild pine resin floral aroma. Grapefruit, milk chocolate and toffee flavors. Restrained but apparent hop presence. Quick and dry finish.

Bottle - Hops and malt on the nose, crisp orange color with an impressive head. Starts off strong with a brisk amount of hops, and toast notes with a nice amount of carbonation. There’s a bit of an empty spot where I’d like more body... as it is the beer just fades away for a moment and then the big hoppy finish comes in.

Bottle: Pour is very clear amber/orange/golden with a nice fluffy off white head. Aroma is strong pine with some floral character. Flavor is up front bitter hops and malt but suddenly gets a slight bit watered down in the finish. Until this moment, I really like this brew. Fresh and well blended. May drink again.

Pours medium amber from 12 oz bottle forming good size foamy head. Aroma of floral hops, raw malts and mango. Flavour of hoppy bitterness with particular malty sweetness. Pine resins resonate, however not overly powerful. Somewhat unrefined in the end, but drinkable.
