Commercial Description:
We ventured into unfamiliar territory to create an IPA to fit our style. An intense floral nose, firm balanced flavor and long hoppy finish make Rocky Mountain IPA our very own.

Amber pour with a whispy white head. Aroma of floral hops and caramel, and sweet malt. Nice, balance hop and malt flavor with bitter finish. Medium mouthfeel, and lemony bitter finish. This is a pedestrian IPA that’s drinkable but nothing you’d want to seek out.

Very rich dark amber color. Wonderful floral notes with a lingering light white head. Floral notes stay on the palate and the bitterness is just about perfect.

12 oz bottle. A rather full and hoppy nose, though well balanced on the smells. A variety hop aroma notes including sappy spruce, earth, heavy citrus fruits, and minor florals, also melon, caramel, and pale grains. Quite a nice pour, with a thick and sticky, fluffy straight white head, good retention and lacing, medium appearing body, and burnt orange in color. There are mostly full flavors here as the beer has a nice feel, though at some points it is a bit overly sticky with the flavors clumping together slightly. It is balanced well though, with a good earthy pine on the hop side, and malty caramel grains on the malt side. Also, a good amount of melon fruit, and some zest and florals that give a nice zip to the lasting finish. So overall I enjoyed this one.

On draft at International Beer Garten (Lutz, FL). Pours a nice looking amber color with a billowing beige head. Great floral aroma of pine and citrus hops with a sturdy malt backbone. The flavor is wonderfully balanced as well with more of the caramel malts coming through followed by pleasantly bitter finish. I really enjoyed this one.

Poured goldish with a fluffy white head. Aroma of pine. Refreshing hit of citrus flavor, mostly lemon. Finish was a bit dry but not bad overall. Great lacing.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a nice amber color with a nice off white head. Floral aroma is apparent immediately. Definitely has a bitter kick to it. Floral flavor fades after a bit and is left with more of a malty caramel taste. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Ruddy bronze color with a skim of manila froth. Scant lace. Aromas of grapefruit, copper, and mint-chocolate wafers leap from the glass, and deep buttery caramel bulldozes through it. Surprisingly, only a timid malt chewiness carries over into the taste, with a clean spicy hop flavor taking lead. Lightish palate; resiny, grapefruity aftertaste becomes pretty harsh the farther I get down the glass, punctuated by tartness and diacetyl. Fermented with Ringwood? Not lovin’ it.
