Floral hop aroma, hint of citrus and caramel. Some sweet and pine up front with bitter hop finish. Lighter bodied for an IPA. Better than average, definite "drinkability" beerchugger (296), Colorado, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 21, 2009 Pours a dark amber color with a nice white head that remains and laces the glass nicely. Smells of hops, some citrus aroma and earthy tones. Has some nice bite up front giving way to good hoppy chacteristics like citrus, hint of pine and bitterness. Finishes bitter and thirst quenching. This beer was a nice surprise. BustedFlat (553), Edina, Minnesota, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 17, 2009 Bottle courtesy of unclemike. Pours cloudy amber with a one finger dense white head that results in spotty lacing. The nose is caramel malt and light citrus hops. The taste is malt, citrus and some resin in the finish. Medium bodied. Decent IPA – thanks Mike. shadey (1500), Rochester, New York, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 16, 2009 12oz bottle from BOTW. Pours a nice clear amber color with a thin film of white lace. Aroma is resiny hops, but the caramel presence keeps it from being really bright and floral. The flavors are well balanced with the hop bitterness dominating the finish. A pleasant beer that I could see as a stand-by for locals. WesKBob (321), Bethany, Oklahoma, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 10, 2009 Pours a clear coppery-orange color. Thin white head and minimal lacing. Aroma was very promising, with strong floral and pine hops notes. Unfortunately the flavor didn’t match. Lots of bittering hops on the back of the tongue and some caramel malt notes, buy not much else in the flavor. Mouthfeel is medium and slightly astringent. Not bad per we, but definitely not a standout IPA. bubbleflubber (893), Collinsville, Virginia, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 7, 2009 Pours orange-amber into the glass, with a 3-finger eggshell head that leaves nice lace. The nose is true to the commercial description, "intensely floral". Malty upfront, with hints at grapefruit rather than an actual concentration of citrus. Decent pine hops, a little relaxed, to close the finish.... lingering decently. The mouthfeel is soft, not quite oily to the palate. For brewing in "unfamiliar territory" (per the brewer), this is a pretty decent IPA.... especially for a first-timer. I must give them props for their effort, as this seems like a weird direct cross between the English IPA and American West Coast IPA. Please, continue down the track... you’ve a wonderful start!
