Commercial Description:
We ventured into unfamiliar territory to create an IPA to fit our style. An intense floral nose, firm balanced flavor and long hoppy finish make Rocky Mountain IPA our very own.

Hazy amber color; generous head; nice lace. Sweet and fruity hop aroma; it has a light nose of creamy cheese; very interesting. The mouthfeel is initially round, but later it shows some weakness; strong caramel flavor, dry toffee, malty too; strong hopping, earthy character. An IPA with character.

(Bottle, courtesy of Swalden 28) Pours a lightly hazy amber body with a small off-white head. Aroma of sweaty gym shoes, wet grass, rotten grain, and nuts. Flavor of caramel malt and hops (floral, citrus) with a dry finish.

12 oz bottle-pours a rich off white head and copper color. Aroma is floral/herbal/citrus. Taste is somewhat bitter herbal/citrus/tea leaf hops, almost equal medium malt-caramel. Initially OK carbonation then disappears quickly. An OK crossover sessionable malty IPA. Thanks to Joe-jwc215 for sharing.

Pours a transparent dark copper with an airy, frothy, well-lacing light tan head. Aroma abounds with some floral sweaty piny hops and an almost burnt vegetable and smoky caramel maltiness. Body starts slightly sweet and caramely with a nice piny hop bittering balance and light grapefruit toward a more bitter slightly burnt earthy finish. Not sure where these burnt off-flavors are coming from, but they detract from what would otherwise be a nice IPA.
