Aroma – Strong hops aroma with good malt backing.
Appearance – Deep Golden in color, Thin head and clear.
Flavor – Good malt and hops balance. The hops where there and had a great flavor.
Palate – Good Mouthfeel, Nice IPA texture with a dry IPA finish.
Overall – A very good beer the IPA was a hit and came out very nice. They got a good beer here. They bring the hops to kick your taste buds.

Jun 15, 2008 Draft at Hood River Hops Fest 2007. An unclear amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of hay and fresh grass, and so is the flavor, leading to a dry bitter finish where notes of grass and grapefruit lingers.

Dec 18, 2007 Draft at the brewpub. Beautiful nose of cat p---. Great. Amber color with lacing white head. The flavor is just grapefruit on top of caramel. The finish resolves to decent grapefruit bitter. A great IPA.

Dec 2, 2007 Poured a deep amber and copper bosy with a one-fingered whitish head. Bold floral and piny notes with a bold malt spine. Finished stickily and gritty. Chewy brash Imperial IPA. Total PNW style!
