On tap: The aroma is very bretty and has moderate lemon tartness along with some light funky cheese and foot notes. It’s a hazy dull yellowish-orange with a small white head that quickly fades to a small ring around the edges of the glass. The flavor starts with a quick dose of citrus wheatiness. The finish is moderately bretty with some light lemon tartness. Light bodied with mild carbonation. Very Berliner Weisse-like and very refreshing. Too bad this isn’t a regular offering available in growlers.
