Jun 4, 2006 Bottle conditioned, from Beer Cellar in Lincoln. Faintly hazy gold, big fluffy lasting white head and over enthusiastic condiion (gushing on opening). Gentle fruity yeast and mildly citric hop aromas, gentle sweet honeyed malt and chalky yeast notes at first in the mouth but some spicy hoppiness emerging. Short and slightly yeasty finish.
