Ungstrup (11075), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 29, 2007 Bottled. An unclear dark red beer with a thin pinkish head. The aroma is sweet with notes of red berries, while the flavor is sweet yet with an acidic edge from the raspberries. Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 1, 2007 (Bottle 65 cl) Courtesy of sliffy. Pours a slightly hazy, warm, reddish with a small, pinkish head. Very distinct and intense raspberry aromas. Quite full-bodied with distinctly sweet raspberry accents - unfortunately a little chemical and soapy in the finish with also some acidity. No hop presence though. Too much of a good thing really. 280907 yespr (6259), Copenhagen O, Denmark Oct 5, 2007 75 cL bottle, thanks to Myrup. Pours hazy red with a lacing head. Clean raspberry, slight citric, acidic and sweet. Flavour is quite citric and berry fruity. End is soft into dry. Wow. joergen (6257), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 3, 2007 Bottle.
